Monthly 60-Minute Sessions
Structured, focused sessions — one per month. We review progress, tackle the real challenges, and agree clear actions before the next session.

Between Sessions
Email and message support between sessions. You're not on your own between calls — if something comes up, Richard is accessible.

Review & Renew
After the initial 3-month commitment, we review what's been achieved and decide together whether to continue — no pressure, no automatic renewal.
